Entities can now find two forms on the website: “Complaint” and “Information Request”, through which they can submit their complaints and/or requests. Through this service, we aim to significantly reduce the processing time, better understand the issues, and fully address them. The National Business Center is committed to continuously improving its services and fostering a better business environment.

Law No. 10081/2009 On Licenses, Authorizations, and Permits in the Republic of Albania
Law No. 112/2020 On the Register of Beneficial Owners
Law No. 119/2014 On the Right to Information
