The National Business Center, as the sole responsible institution for business registration in Albania, provides functional services in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 9723, dated 03.05.2007 “On Business Registration,” as amended, and applicable sub-legal acts.
In order to shorten the time for obtaining information managed and available in the commercial registry, in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned law, the NBC has created the possibility of offering secondary services to any interested individual/entity, against the corresponding fees, approved by the Minister of Finance. To obtain these services, any interested individual/entity may submit a request to the email address: info.qkb@qkb.gov.al, accompanied by the relevant payment mandate, specifying the reason for the payment (download .pdf).
Please note that voluntary data such as phone numbers and email addresses are personal data, and the NBC does not provide them as secondary services.
