SUBMISSION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND AUDIT REPORTS FOR ALBANIAN AND FOREIGN BUSINESSES

We would like to remind you of the deadline for submitting Financial Statements and relevant documents in accordance with Articles 43 and 46 of Law No. 9723 “On Business Registration,” as amended. The submission must be made no later than 7 months after the end of each fiscal year (by July 31st).

IMPORTANT! To complete this service, you must first be equipped with an electronic signature.
For those who do not have an electronic signature, you can obtain it through the service “Application for Electronic Signature for Employees and Taxable Entities” on the e-Albania portal.

You are now ready to apply for the “Submission of Financial Statements and Audit Reports (for entities with Albanian and/or foreign administrators)” .

Attention! The file names you upload in the “Submitted Documentation” section should not contain symbols such as: &, @, #, etc.
