Project Summary

The main objective of the project is to study innovative approaches to accessing the credit system and implement them in the regions involved in the project to enable business (entrepreneurship) growth. Another key goal is to create the regulatory conditions that will allow local public systems to adopt new methods of access to the credit system.

Additionally, the project aims to assess the conditions for offering small businesses in Albania and Montenegro a financial instrument – a "cooperative guarantee system," which has facilitated access to banking finance for enterprises in Puglia and Molise, supporting both their growth and management.

Main Areas of Cooperation Include:

• ▸ Pilot testing of a guarantee model
• ▸ Proposal for a law to implement, amend, and improve cooperative guarantees
